MACtac® Adds Paper Liner to PERMACOLOR® RAYZor™ Gloss Laminates

PERMACOLOR RAYZor line expansion continues with ultra-smooth paper liner on high-gloss overlaminate

STOW, Ohio - To improve performance and cost for printers and installers of vehicle and wall graphics, MACtac® Graphic Products now offers its popular PERMACOLOR® RAYZor™ gloss overlaminate with a new 50# smooth calendered paper liner. The paper liner reduces provides a consistent high-gloss finish, improves handling, and makes the product more cost-effective, allowing end users to produce high-quality laminated graphics at an appealing price.

MACtac’s PERMACOLOR RAYZor Gloss overlaminate is the same ultra-thin,1.5-mil high-gloss cast vinyl film, coated on one side with a high-performance, ultra-clear permanent acrylic adhesive, customers have come to rely on.

Available in three width sizes — 30” (LF3642G), 54” (LF3648G), and 60” (LF3649G) —PERMACOLOR RAYZor gloss overlaminate is easy to install and designed for use as a very conformable laminate for vehicle, marine and fleet graphics applications as well as protection for MACtac’s IMAGin® RoughRAP™ vinyl for rough-textured wall surfaces. Offering an outdoor durability of five to seven years, the overlaminate is a good choice for applications requiring long-term outdoor exposure and is covered by MACtac’s Open Image Warranty™.
