PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 6, 2009

Do you want to learn how to weld?

FORSSTROM High Frequency AB develops, produces and markets machines for welding of PVC and PU materials, using advanced radio frequency (RF) technology.

FORSSTROM’s customers are offered a complete solution for their production needs. After 40-years experience in developing and producing RF-welding machines for industrial welding of PVC and PU materials, FORSSTROM takes great pride in offering their customer the highest quality performing machines on the market. A customer who invests in a machine from FORSSTROM not only gets a high quality RF-welding machine but also accesses to FORSSTROM’s gathered know-how and experience.

FORSSTROM’s customers are manufactures of for example large format signs, billboards and banners but also truck covers, large tents, swimming pools, awnings, oil booms and mobile tanks products subject to high stress.

“If you want the banner to live beyond the grand opening or special sales event, then you need to take a seaming approach that will stand up to the wear and tear of wind and storms. The last thing you want to do is sell your customer a banner that falls apart in a few months.”

What is new?
EMP (Energy Monitoring Program) - In traditional welding processes it is normal for the machine operator to adjust machine parameters on the basis of prevailing conditions to achieve the best possible welding result. With EMP the settings of the machine are automatically adapted to prevailing conditions. Several factors are therefore removed from the equation relieving the operator from achieving an optimum result. In this way, the welding process is simplified considerably and dependence on the individual skill of the operator is reduced. Accordingly, opportunities are therefore created for better efficiency and considerable improvements in the quality of the final product. Anyone can learn how to weld!

In booth # 4526 at ISA International Sign Expo we will be present to give your more information about our machines and machine computer programs, such as the EMP. You can also find more information on our website www.forsstrom.com
