Drytac®’s innovative wide-format UV coater program offers free consumables and triple extended warranty!
Richmond, VA Drytac® has announced a special consumables and warranty program in
support of the VersaCoater^TM XL, the company’s new wide-format UV liquid
coating system. The offer includes a one year free supply of InstaCure
UV-curable coatings* with the purchase of a VersaCoater^TM XL liquid coater. In
addition, the program extends the original manufacturer’s warranty to three
years on parts and labor, three times the previous duration.
With coating widths of 60” (1.6m) or 80” (2.0m), the VersaCoater^TM XL is the
largest of Drytac®’s line of UV-liquid coaters. Compatible with flexible or
rigid print media up to 3” thick (75mm), the high speed coater is engineered to
finish a wide range of difficult-to-coat graphic substrates for only pennies a
square foot. The machine is suitable for coating output from virtually any
inkjet technology, including UV-curable roll-fed and flatbeds, and solvent or
eco-solvent roll-fed models.
Drytac®’s exclusive Dynamic Coating Technology allows operator control of the
coating weight from 8 to 20+ microns, as well as independent regulation of top
and bottom roller speed for precise control of gloss and texture levels. The
company’s extensive line of InstaCure® coatings offers a selection of finish
types, from matte to high gloss.
According to Drytac’s® VP of Marketing and Sales Jerry Hill, InstaCure® liquid
coating technology represents a new standard for 21st century graphics
protection and enhancement for virtually any wide format application.
