INX Digital’s TDI focus’s development on energy curable technologies of the future; come listen how at SGIA.

San Leandro, CA - Triangle Digital INX Co. (TDI), a member of INX Digital, has stepped up the pace in global ink leadership, focusing future ink technologies in the energy curable market. Through its’ own R&D facilities and parent company Sakata INX in Japan, INX Digital has more than 200 chemists behind this energy curable movement.

Energy curable technology is creating quick go-to market strategies for short run, prototype and specialty markets. Energy Curable formulations have created a zero to low VOC alternative tradition formulations and with the advent of LED light sources offer the industry ozone generating free solutions. Earlier this summer at Drupa Triangle showed its LED curable ink capabilities with its prototype digital label printer, a part of the INX Digital Evolve project. This 4 color fixed array inkjet printer prints at 25 meters per minute with full cure to various roll to roll films. Triangle has also developed a series of energy curable products that cures at speeds up to 50 meters per minute with a single LED lamp. The zero-ozone generation along with extremely low energy consumption makes this green choice of printing techniques extremely interesting for our industry.
