Sign Supply USA Announces Acquisitions in Pennsylvania and Missouri

Pompano Beach, FL, United States, September 9, 2008 ­ Sign Supply USA, a leading supplier of sign and digital imaging consumables and equipment is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vinyl Sign Supplies Inc. of Quakertown, PA and Standard Neon Supply Co. of St. Louis, MO.

In addition to continuing with their existing product lines, both businesses will be offering Sign Supply’s complete equipment and consumable lines.

“With these acquisitions we build on our existing business in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and enter the St. Louis market with our broad product offering and service capabilities”, said Joe Massaro, President of Sign Supply USA. “We welcome the management and employees to the Sign Supply organization and look forward to serving our growing customer base in these important markets.”

Sign Supply USA and East West Plastics are owned by Liberty Lane Partners, a private investment firm based in Hampton, New Hampshire, and operate over twenty five locations in North America serving the sign making and digital imaging industries.
