Gandinnovations appoints new Chief Operating Officer.

James Gandy, CEO and Chairman, is pleased to announce that Terry Vandewarker has been appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer for Gandinnovations. Terry brings to Gandy more than 20 years senior operational and financial experience. Terry has worked within the digital graphic and printing industry with such companies as Encad Inc. and Eastman Kodak. Terry was President and Chief Executive Officer of Encad from July 2000 through January 2002 and continued as President until July 2002 after the acquisition by Eastman Kodak. Prior to that Terry was Encad's Vice President of Operations and Director of Finance.

Terry is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California at Riverside and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles. He began his career at Price Waterhouse and held senior leadership positions with Universal Television and several public and private companies. He is a member of the board of directors of a public company and has held board positions on several other companies. Terry’s extensive knowledge and experience within this role will play a key part in the continuing success of Gandinnovations within the digital print industry.
