ORACAL USA Announces Promotion

Jacksonville, FL - ­ ORACAL USA is pleased to announce the promotion of Randy Mertz to Executive Vice President of Manufacturing.

This newly created position will have the responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating the entire scope of operations at our Black Creek manufacturing facility and will report to Ben Philips, ORACAL USA President.

Randy joined ORACAL USA in 2005 as Vice President of Finance and Materials Management. He was previously the Corporate Controller with the Nuermont Corp. and has sixteen years of operations experience.

Randy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida State University.
