SignStrut Milwaukee Names Mark Ludwig Director of Customer Service
DELAWARE, OHIO (August 1, 2006) Signstrut Milwaukee, a national leader in corporate identification, today announced that Mark Ludwig has joined the company as director of customer service. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, project management and process improvement, Ludwig will oversee the account management for all business clients as well as the day-to-day project management activities in the Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin locations.
Ludwig is an experienced leader with a proven track record of achieving aggressive customer satisfaction efficiency goals. “Mark offers SignStrut Milwaukee's customers a truly unique perspective, having worked in signage industry in sales, project management, process improvement as well as manufacturing. Previously, Ludwig was the Special Projects Manager, and Automotive Strategic Business Unit Team Manager at ImagePoint, Inc. Ludwig holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College.
