SGIA Welcomes Korean Imagers to Association Community
Fairfax, Virginia — The Korean Specialty Graphic Imaging Association, founded October 30, 2005, has joined SGIA under SGIA’s National Association Membership Plan, according to SGIA President/CEO Michael Robertson.
NAMP status grants access to the SGIA Information Network to the members of other national and regional imaging industry associations.
“We’re very pleased to have the Korean association, led by CY Lee, on board. We look forward to helping its members find industry facts, figures and analyses through the SGIA Information Network,” Robertson said.
KSGIA has 20 members who specialize in screen printing and graphic imaging. Its aims include creating a technical research center, providing information about the industry and to organize a symposium with advanced technology for screen printing and graphic imaging.
SGIA — Supporting the Leaders of the Digital & Screen Printing Community
“Specialty imaging” comprises digital imaging, screen printing and the many other imaging technologies SGIA members use, including those they’ll tap in the future. These are the imaging processes and technologies employed to create new products and to enhance existing products including point-of-purchase displays, signs, advertisements, garments, containers, and vehicles. To make the most of your specialty imaging business, take full advantage of the information on SGIA.org, and experience the specialty graphic imaging industry first-hand at SGIA ’06 (Las Vegas Convention Center, September 2629, 2006).
