Roland Continues as Sign and Outdoor Printing Supplier for MotoGP Racing Circuit

IRVINE, CA - Roland DGA Corporation, a leading provider of wide-format inkjet printers and integrated printer/cutters, today announced that Roland has once again been named the official sign and outdoor printing supplier for MotoGP's 2006 motorcycle racing season.

This year marks the second season of MotoGP corporate sponsorship for Roland and reflects the company’s commitment to the vehicle graphics and professional racing industries.

For the 2006 season, MotoGP will employ Roland’s 54”-wide SOLJET SC-545EX high-performance inkjet printer/cutter and CAMM-1 PRO CX-500 professional vinyl cutter to produce a broad range of graphics including event signage, on-track advertisements and vehicle graphics. These and other durable graphics will be on display at each of MotoGP’s 17 motorcycle races for viewing by millions racing fans. During the 2005 season, MotoGP events were attended by more than two million live spectators and broadcast to an estimated five million television viewers worldwide.
