Roland Announces Vehicle Graphics Contest

Irvine, CA - Roland DGA Corporation, a leading provider of wide-format inkjet printers and integrated print/cutters, today announced the company’s first-ever Roland Wrap Vehicle Graphics Contest.

The Roland Wrap Contest is an industry-wide competition open to sign makers, screen printers and vehicle graphics professionals across the U.S. and Canada. Within these industries, Roland inkjet printers and integrated printer/cutters are widely used for a broad range of vehicle graphics applications including custom wraps, partial wraps, pinstriping, window film, protective bras and more.

To enter the Roland Wrap Contest, professionals can submit their best Scion xB designs to Roland’s Web site at www.rolanddga.com/wrap for judging by a panel of company experts and industry pros. Designs will be evaluated for their creativity, effectiveness and technical quality, with the grand prize, a Roland VersaCAMM® 30” integrated printer/cutter, going to the contest winner. Cash prizes of up to $1,000 will be awarded to the top contest finalists.

In addition to receiving a new VersaCAMM, the grand prize winner will be awarded an expenses-paid trip to the SGIA ’06 conference September 26th ­ 29th in Las Vegas. At SGIA, Roland will display the designs of contest finalists, with the winning design printed and displayed on a Scion xB.
