Sihl Digital Imaging Launches SureSolv(tm) Family of Solvent Compatible Vinyl and Banner
Sihl Digital Imaging, a leading supplier of wide format inkjet media, has added a new uncoated solvent line to their existing Solvit™ family of coated media.
SureSolv™ Solvent Media introduces nine new products including vinyls, vinyl scrims, fabrics and polyester banners. An economical choice for signage, SureSolv™ combines with Solvit™ to create one of the most comprehensive solvent media lines available in today’s marketplace.
SureStick™ Vinyl is a calendared self-adhesive vinyl with both permanent and repositionable adhesives, in gloss, matte and clear vinyl finishes. Rolls up to 60” widths.
SureBet™ Vinyl Scrim is a glossy, snow-white calendared vinyl encapsulating high tensile scrim that is engineered to produce consistent, high-quality banners at an economical price. Compatible with all the popular brands of solvent inkjet printer, SureBet™ needs no lamination and can be used indoors or out. SureBet™ 3104 is a 10 ounce banner, available in 50 meter (164 ft) rolls, in widths 36”, 48”, 54”, 61” and 72”. SureBet™ 3106, 13 ounce, is available in 25 and 50 meter rolls, and in the same widths, plus 80” and 126” for super-wide format. SureBet™ 3108, 15 ounce, is carried in 25 meter rolls, and in widths 36” to 61.
SureView™ Fabric is a unique woven polyester with 20 threads per inch, dense enough to print with good color saturation, yet open to give a transparent, “see-through” effect. Rolls up to 60” widths.
SureTex™ Polyester Banner Fire-Resistant Heavy Weight and Light Weight are both polyester fabrics treated to meet all fire-retardancy standards, compatible with all the popular brands of printers, offering a flexible drape and low glare surface at a surprisingly affordable price point. Rolls up to 87” widths.
